SO JULY.....

I am uber amazed at how time is flying.

I am deeply grateful for all that has happened this month to cue me up for August. I have really started a process of cleaning all of the negative people in my space. Whether it is at work or in my personal space, I have gone through a valuation process of what is important to me and what I will tolerate. It is so freeing to know who you are once you do this because it makes room for the things that you want in your life.

The other thing I did is I wrote my obituary. I took a weekend and really was honest about who I was and what I wanted to be remembered for as a person. It was such a clarifying point for me. Every time I feel like this ish is cray and I can't deal, I look at it.

I remember that I have so much more to go and do. I am only a book, opportunity and destination away from my destiny.

The last thing I did was have someone to hold me accountable. I asked a friend to coach me and she is in her way. She knows me and what I am about and in order for this to work it has to be built on trust. She sends me pep texts and keeps me going. Next month I am going to be working on a fun IGTV project. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
