February rocks

It was the best of times and it was the worst of times. - A Tale of Two Cities

I always loved the dichotomy of that statement. For me, I always look forward to February. It is my birthday month. I always look forward to celebrating that. It is also Black History Month. I always look forward to celebrating black people because as the great creative Issa Rae so eloquently stated I root for everyone black. It is also a great time to reset.

There are things I want to accomplish. I am making my way each day towards doing them. The quote reminds me that you have a choice. You can see what you want to see and how you want to see it. I am looking forward to this year and each day I really look forward to what is on the radar.

Nothing about this life is easy. I truly believe God is going to do something truly amazing for me. It is my journey to be in alignment and move forward towards it every day.
